all employees are in possession of the knowledge, skills and experience
necessary to perform their jobs to the highest standard.
Every new member of staff
must successfully complete the induction programme prior to delivering any
care duties. After attending the induction, the new carer will accompany an
experienced member of staff on a shadow shaft and attain a suitable
standard of proficiency before being allowed to provide care unattended.
