Community Care and Support Workers (Full & Part time vacancies) - All Areas

Care workers are required for personal care and/or domestic duties in all areas.
You must have the desire to work as part of an ever-growing team of professionals and commit to the highest standard of care delivery. You will have a caring nature and appreciate the needs and dignity of the service users we serve.

Experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given at our induction training and continued work experience training. We have rotas available for car drivers and walkers and also offer travel allowance, 4 weeks paid holiday, a company Stakeholder Pension, and a flexible rota system with shifts available from 7am, until 10pm.
Rates of pay start at £5.70 per hour weekdays, rising to £6.40 for weekends and £10.00 per hour for bank holidays.


Night Carer – All Areas

Through-the-night care is provided to service users who require the possibility of 24-hour care. The shifts are usually 9 hours long, from 10pm till 7am and are either ‘Sleep Overs’ or ‘Waking nights’. As such, these demand competent carers who can work independently, although full support is given throughout, from the team leaders. The night contracts run from Monday to Thursday and only on very rare occasions will a carer be requested to work through the night at the weekends. Due to the demanding nature of the work, this position is only suitable for experienced care workers and car owner-drivers. We offer an excellent hourly rate, a travel allowance, 4 weeks paid holiday per year and a company Stakeholder Pension Plan.


On Call Senior Care Assistants

Vacancies are available in all areas, car driver/ownership is essential.
You must have previous experience of care planning and risk assessment within the care industry and be able to communicate well at all levels, additionally you will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with the carers you are responsible for.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a team of carers, assist in managing the provision of care within your area of responsibility, reporting to the Team Leader, you will be able to provide detailed information regarding the performance and provision of care for your client base. On-call duties will be shared with an assistant from your own team.

Care Co-coordinator's

Vacancies are available in both Nottingham City & County areas, car driver/ownership is essential.
You must have previous experience of staff management within the care industry and be able to communicate well at all levels, additionally you will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage and develop a team of carers, managing the provision of care within your area of responsibility, reporting to the Registered Manager you will be able to provide detailed information regarding the performance and provision of care for your client base. On-call duties will be shared with an assistant from your own team.
