Careworker vacancies

At Sterling Homecare, we are committed to providing high quality, personalised homecare support and assistance.

We interview prospective employees to assess their suitability for care support roles, and they must provide suitable identification and checkable references.

All new employees will attend induction training before they start working independently with service users, which includes some time being trained by an experienced care worker on site. It is our policy to continually train and supervise all employees during their employment.

For most employees, we can be flexible about the number of weekly hours worked so that staff can work as little or as much as suits them (depending on availability of hours).
