So that we can deliver the highest quality homecare, our care workers receive comprehensive and rigorous training on joining us and continue to do so on an ongoing basis. This includes additional specialist training in meeting specific support needs.

The quality of our staff training and development programme – which is recognised by our Investors in People status – means that our staff are knowledgeable, experienced and comfortable in meeting the varying needs of our service users, sensitively and professionally.

Our staff are also fully supervised and monitored and appraised annually, to ensure that they deliver the best possible care support to you.

We strive to match each service user with the care worker or team of care workers that best suits them, making the best use of individual care workers’ skills. Once a good fit is achieved, we endeavour to keep the care workers with you for as long as you are happy with them.

Because your needs may change with time, we will work with you and your care worker to adapt and develop your support to your requirements.
