Our Aims and Objectives
Sterling Homecare Ltd
aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves,
in their own homes, at times convenient to them, and in ways they find most
agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central
to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount. We
continually assess our performance and our outcomes to facilitate
improvement, we actively encourage and fund our staff, when possible, to
progress with care qualifications and personal advancement.

Our Principles
- We aim to provide personal care and support in
ways, which have positive outcomes for service users and promote their
privacy, dignity, security and choice
- We will co-operate with other services and
professionals to help to maximise each service user’s independence and
to ensure as fully as possible their maximum participation in their
community.
- To be an Equal Opportunities employer, offering
ongoing training to ensure that all staff are kept up to date of
changing requirements.
- To be sensitive to the individual cultural,
religious and racial backgrounds of both the service user and our
staff alike.
- To review and discuss the care at regular intervals
to ensure that the changing needs of the service user are met and
addressed as and when required.
- To promote “Best Value” for all concerned parties.
- To provide the means of rehabilitation to a service
user upon return from a stay or treatment in hospital, regardless of
ailment or injury.
